Do Filipinos Have A 'New Vice President' Bongbong Marcos in 2017?
By Alon Calinao Dy: Supporters of former Senator and Vice President aspirant Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., believe that the country would "have a new VP" by early 2017.
In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said "there is no problem with the recount if this is the only way to get rid of doubts from the Filipino voters and if this is the only way to see the truth. After all, the recount would help both parties."
Until now, many Filipinos believe that Sen. Bongbong Marcos won the election. According to the text circulated on social media, "Recount of ballots from 4-5 provinces will start end of November and will finish by December, deliberations after. You can bet early next year, we have a new VP."
Robredo's supporters, on the other hand, believe that this is only way to steal the vice presidency from VP Leni. There is still a growing fear among Robredo's followers that the recount in favor to Bongbong Marcos.
Last May elections, Robredo got 14,418,817 votes during the official canvassing, while Marcos received 14,155,344 – a difference of just 263,473 votes.
While VP Robredo continues to protest about the hero's burial for the late president Ferdinand Marcos, Sr., which the opposition called "a thief of the night," Marcos supporters are happy that the Duterte administration and Supreme Court allowed a proper for the former president.
Filipinos now stand for the truth and remain to have faith in our judicial system and also continue to believe that any decision will be based on truth and the truth will come out soon.
