Watch PNP Chief General Dela Rosa Video: Very Emotional And Cry Against Illegal Drug Lords

By Alon Calinao Dy: The "Macho" PNP Chief Director General Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa became emotional and cried in front of the lawmakers as some Filipinos have lost their trust to the PNP because of other police officers who are involved in the illegal drugs.

Dela Rosa admitted that the fight against illegal drugs is so hard especially if there are high-ranking police officers who are tempted to recieve drug money because of the root cause of poverty.

In the interview at the Senate hearing, the PNP chief Director showed his humane side and said that Kerwin Espinosa's revelations shocked him about the alleged involvement of PNP ranking officers in the proliferation of illegal drugs in the country.

Dela Rosa felt disappointed and said, “I, myself, I’m telling you now I don’t know who to trust anymore. Like this Chief Inspector (Jovy) Espenido, I placed him there as chief of police of Albuera because I trusted him despite not knowing him personally.”

This Police Chief Inspector Jovy Espenido was linked by Kerwin Espinosa as one of the drug proctectors who received drug money from him.

Dela Rosa is hoping to reform the PNP as he is leaving their organization everything to God. He also said that he is ready to change the PNP even if it costs his own life.

As Dela Rosa broke down into tears, he said "I'm very, very tired," as he had a lot of frustrations to some PNP officers who received drug money.

In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said "President Duterte and PNP chief Director Dela Rosa are the most trusted government officials today. The problem of illegal drugs in the Philippines is so serious because it involves many rich and powerful people."

Filipinos have high hopes that the Duterte administration is going to win in its fights over drug wars. It is just the problem of narcotics is everyone's concern and should be given immediate solutions while Filipinos have these trusted leaders like President Duterte and PNP Chief Director Dela Rosa.
