BIR Chief Kim Henares Reminds Pacquiao Again Of His Tax Obligations

By Alon Calinao Dy: WBO Welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao is going to face undefeated champion  Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2 at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.

It is considered the biggest event in the history in boxing, which the ringside ticket costs around $5,000 and is expected it would be sold out in a short period of time because almost all boxing fans wanted to see this competition.

The BIR Chief targets the Filipino boxing icon and reminds him about his tax responsibilities to his country. Fans of Pacquiao say that Kim is a big stress on this mega-money bout.

One die-hard fan asks, "Why she is forever going after Pacquiao and why she is not going after alleged pork barrel kings senators Revilla, Enrile, and Estrada?"

Pacquiao has been working hard as a boxer to bring the pound-for-pound crown in the country, but the timing is not right for Kim Henares demanding to settle his tax woes.

Others stated that the revenue commissioner only wants the media attention. If this is the case, she is not helping Manny Pacquiao to win the pound-for-pound king title over Mayweather.
