Do You Believe Police Chief Inspector Leo Laraga Not Working Under Retired PNP General Vicente Loot?

By Alon Calinao Dy: The police officer who shot and killed Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr., Chief Inspector Leo Laraga, said he has no regret on killing the father of an alleged Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa.

Kerwin Espinosa linked Chief Inspector Leo Laraga of receiving P20,000 in payoffs as part of the P120,000 he gave to retired PNP General Vicente Loot — a charge which the latter denied.

President Duterte and PNP Chief General Bato were aware that there are still some policemen who are into big drug syndicates in the Philippines.

The current administration is doing its best to look for these drug protectors and drug lords that continue to hide as if they are innocent and have nothing to do in the proliferation of illegal drugs in the country.

In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said "Duterte administration will soon find out the whole truth... It's like hard puzzles but if you are going to connect these links to each other, one is able to know the whole picture."

Filipinos until now want to know those high-profile drug lords who are probably politicians and public servants that still roam around and secretly disguise as good guys even if they have something to do with these criminal activities.

Filipinos are also hoping for Kerwin to reveal those names who are involved in the narcotics. Those government officials who are involved in Eastern Visayas as they are one of the reasons why many Filipinos are addicted to these dangerous drugs.
