By Alon Calinao Dy: Senator Manny Pacquiao believes that he could beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. in  a rematch if he is given another chance to box against him.
A few years ago, the fighting senator suffered a stunning loss by knockout to Juan Manuel Márquez — but he still believes he can hand Floyd Mayweather his first professional loss in a rematch.
Pacquiao and Mayweather have been trading jabs over social media that Mayweather cared for his perfect record than go out for a toe-to-toe fight against the Filipino Champ.
An avid supporter of Manny Pacquiao and a blogger, Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, wrote on his blog saying:
"Pacquiao has still the speed and power to defeat Floyd Mayweather Jr., and they could do it again for the boxing fans around the world. If this happens, Mayweather should have some more actions than running."
After the win of Sen. Manny Pacquiao against former WBO welterweight Champion Jessie Vargar, Mayweather camp has remained silent about these rumors that a rematch is possible between the two top pound-for-pound boxers in the world.
I guess it is possible that Mayweather is going to fight the "fighting senator" next year in order to remove some doubts that Mayweather just won because he employed some tricks by running rather than a toe-to-toe battle and competing each other.
